The OET Forum India, held on 22nd March in Kochi, India, celebrated OET’s 10th anniversary with the theme "10 Years of Innovation." The event brought together a diverse group of leaders, including policymakers, government officials, language schools, healthcare employers, educators, and recruiters, to discuss and learn about supporting the healthcare industry through OET.

As the leading English language test for healthcare professionals, OET has made a significant impact in the healthcare industry over the past decade. The Forum included an exciting agenda filled with thought-provoking debates on how we can collaborate and innovate to enhance outcomes for candidates, healthcare systems and our wider communities.

India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal play a critical role in the global mobility of healthcare professionals. Particular insight was paid in the event agenda to exploring the challenges and development potential for the region’s globally mobile healthcare workforce.

Participants provided highly positive feedback, and the event provided a great opportunity to recognise and celebrate OET's successes and innovations, made possible by partnerships and collaboration across the ecosystem.
